Underwater Experiences puts Virtual Reality to Shame
What’s so special about the underwater world? There are few other places where you can:
- Enter a ‘very real’ mythical fantasy realm, complete with exotic creatures.
- Experience the ability to fly and soar weightlessly.
- Directly observe strange, multi-colored landscapes, plants, and animals that are ‘Out Of This World’.
I have submerged into this fantasy realm over 4000 times, and every time, I am filled with the excitement of what I will discover and experience next.
Incredible experiences like:
- Brushing nose to nose, as a friendly encounter, with an 18-foot tiger shark in Fiji.
My most rewarding experience of all – introducing and sharing our underwater world with a wide eyed and excited young child, whose initial fear, turned to overwhelming excitement in witnessing what is under the sea!
- Being mesmerized by an electric clam in Fiji.
- Flying with the Giant Oceanic Manta Rays with wingspans as wide as a dining room, in Socorro.
- Discovering a Frog Fish that lures its prey to its mouth, in Bonaire.
- Gliding next to my favorite animal, the Spotted Eagle Ray, for over 20 minutes as it interacted with me in brisk current. (One of my most rewarding encounters in Indonesia).
- Interacting with large Angel Fish while they interact with Turtles in Cozumel.
- Discovering that Eels have teeth in the roof of their mouths, in Bonaire.
