 Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability: The following statements contain the assumption of risk and waiver of liability agreement between client and LunaMar Lb, LLC dba LunaMar Adventures (hereafter the Travel Provider)

Deposits/Payments: A Non-Refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to guarantee a reservation. Deposit amounts may vary due to individual resort requirements, and/or liveaboard policies. Higher cost trips may require several scheduled payments including the deposit up until the full final payment and is common practice for liveaboard excursions. Payment in full is due as stated on the Trip Flyer and no later than (45) days prior to the departure date. Please check at the time of booking to confirm deposit amount and due date. All trip prices are based on double occupancy unless otherwise stated.

Refunds: All travel payments are Non-Refundable. Any refund would have to be obtained directly from the participating supplier of the excursion based on their current refund policy. No refund or transfer of any unused portion of travel package is permitted; provided the listed services were available. Travel Provider cannot be held liable for services omitted by suppliers. Most suppliers have a No Refund policy between (60) to (90) days prior to the scheduled start date of the excursion. Travel Trip Insurance and Protection is strongly recommended to help safeguard your trip investment. We use and recommend DAN travel insurance for our travel.

Accommodation Cancellations: All accommodation cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee based on the current policy of the hotel, resort, condominium, or liveaboard of which Travel Provider is using during a specific trip.

Responsibility and Liability: Travel Provider and its agents act only as agents in arranging hotel, liveaboards, transportation, diving, recommended air itineraries, tours, and other services related to travel and travel packages. Travel Provider is not liable for any injury, death, loss, damage, accident, delay, inconvenience, additional expenses or mental or physical distress. Travel Provider is not liable in the event a person or company fails to render any services to be included in the travel package, or in the event of expense caused by illness, wars, strikes, mechanical failure, pilferage, weather or acts of God. In the event it becomes necessary or advisable to alter arrangements or itinerary, Travel Provider may do so without penalty. Travel Provider reserves the right to withdraw any or all tours when conditions warrant. Clients renting scuba/snorkel equipment or using other equipment provided by the resort or a third party do so at their own risk. This could include motorbikes, bicycles, kayaks, sailboats ,sports/fitness equipment as examples. Recommended airline itineraries are recommendations only. Travel Provider is not liable nor held responsible for an act, omission, or adverse event due to Air Travel or transfer to the destination. Tour Package pricing and schedules are subject to change without notice. The payment of a required deposit or any partial or full payment for reservations of a trip shall constitute consent to all provisions of the terms and conditions list.

Documentation: U.S. Citizens must have a valid passport for travel outside of the United States and generally with an expiration date 6 months after the end date of the excursion. Non-US citizens must have valid immigration documentation for the destination country and return to the United States. Traveler assumes complete responsibility for travel documentation and hereby releases Travel Provider from any duty of checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements during the length of the proposed travel.

Risks: Adventure travel and scuba diving contains risks. By embarking on his/her travel, passenger assumes all risks, whether expected or unexpected. Traveler is hereby warned of such risks and is advised to obtain appropriated travel and dive insurance coverage for themselves. Media Release: By participating in any LunaMar Adventures activity, I grant LunaMar Adventures and its representatives the right to take photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings of me during the activities. I authorize the use and publication of these materials for promotional, advertising, social media, and other lawful purposes without compensation. I understand that these materials may be used in printed and digital marketing, including but not limited to websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, brochures, and advertisements. If I do not wish to be photographed or recorded, I will notify LunaMar Adventures in writing before the trip begins.
